Christal Lunt joined Pacer Staffing as the Director of Compliance and Audit in January of 2023.  Christal is responsible for overseeing Pacer’s Healthcare Compliance and Audit activities. Christal achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Oregon University. She began her Healthcare career in 2012 at AMN Healthcare, where she discovered her passion for compliance and streamlining processes.  Christal went on to earn her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2017. She continued pursuing her passion in Healthcare Compliance, while leading and designing systems/processes at StatRad Teleradiology, before making her way back to the MSP space in 2022 as a Compliance Manager with Rightsourcing. Christal brings to Pacer Staffing, her dedication and true passion for providing Healthcare Facilities and patients with the best quality clinicians at the times they need them most.
